pixel toad

AI I have shipped.

From a Pokémon card hunt to clause-by-clause document evaluation. Every one answers from real data and leaves the decision with a person.

Dokuval

Upload documents against a standard. The model returns a verdict per clause, with the evidence.

The Hub

Agents that triage, investigate and code. A person approves every step that leaves the building.

Planner assistant

Planners ask in plain language. Read-only lookups over live dispatch data answer.

Built for EU rules.

EU AI Act

Transparent by design. People always know when an AI is answering, and a person keeps the final call.

GDPR by default

Personal data is minimised and logged, and it is never used to train a model.

Data stays in the EU

EU data residency and a signed data processing agreement with every processor, before anything connects.

Shipping, daily.

Commits, week by week

Two things, done end to end.

Design and code from the same desk. You get one person who owns the problem, the screens, and the shipped result.

Exploring AI solutions

Not sure where AI fits in your product? We find out together: quick prototypes against your real data, honest evaluation of what actually helps, then the integration that holds up in production.

  • Discovery sprints that end in a working prototype
  • Tool loops over your own database
  • Human-in-the-loop for anything that writes
  • Honest UI for uncertainty, latency and failure

Interactive websites

Fun, creative sites people remember: a mascot that hunts flies, a page that reacts to where you are, details that reward a second look. This one is an example. Underneath the play is the same product discipline as the serious work.

  • UX that needs no manual, keyboard paths included
  • Press feedback under 160 ms, popovers from their trigger
  • From a fuzzy brief to a shipped site, design and code
  • A design system that holds up after I leave

Watch it work.

A short film of a real product, cut from the actual screens. More on the way.

Kortjakt

The Pokémon and One Piece card hunt: listings priced against market every 30 minutes, with a vision model checking the photos. Forty seconds.

AI belongs in the product where it earns its place, and nowhere else.

Read before it writes

The first version of any assistant only answers questions. Mutations arrive later, behind a person who approves them.

Scoped at the query

Every tool reads through the user's own permissions. A pk that is not theirs resolves to nothing, by construction.

Measured, not vibed

A registry of named tools is the whole capability surface. It gets leak tests, evaluation sets and a review before it ships.

Hi, I'm Tim.

Product designer and full-stack developer, based in Sweden. I spend my days designing and building operations software: dispatch, routing, inspections, the kind of tools people live in for eight hours a day. That is where I learned that polish is not decoration. It is the difference between a tool people fight and one they trust.

The other half is websites like this one. Interactive, a little playful, built by hand with no framework in the way. Same care, pointed at a first impression instead of an eighth hour.

Pixel Toad is where both meet clients of my own. One person, start to finish, and a mascot who keeps an eye on things.
